The three pictures you have posted really reminds me of what I saw 23 years ago. And I see you still use donkeys! It will be interresting seeing these one pictures a day from your place!

Há três anos que sou a saloia, mas não nasci aqui, nasci em Boston, EUA e tenho raízes minhotas. Descobrir com uma máquina point and shoot e a partir de uma imagem por dia por um ano o que é viver aqui onde decidi arraigar raízes.
For three years now I have called myself a saloia, yet I was born in Boston, Massachusetts and my parents are from the northern region of Portugal called Minho. Saloia refers to a perimeter of area around Lisbon which was mainly agricultural and provided cityfolk with produce or services such as laundry. In short, it was the rural way of life.
My challenge is to discover with a point and shoot camera and through one image per day for one year, saloia, even if it is just to know where it is I have rooted myself for now.
